WORKSHOP: Low intervention wine in fine dining, Aug 3rd 2023

Coming August 3rd, we will conduct a wine workshop at the Food School Bangkok. This course is opening the door for participants to explore the exceptional production and outstanding flavor profiles and follow the march of low intervention wines into fine dining restaurants around the world. How sommeliers and chefs began to cherish the purity of the flavors, thus being able to offer new taste dimensions, and share the stories and efforts made by producers, who over the years have altered the state of their farm to bottle wines that are conscientious to our environment. Come find out what cutting edge means in the adverse times of global warming and drought.

The two-hour session is priced at thb 5,500 for 6 wines served with Italian bites by Alma. Starts 18.00hrs
