Thanawat “Boat” returns later this month for a master class on the Hill of Montgueux and the wines of Emmanuel Lassaigne; one of the very best Chardonnay-based Blanc de Blancs wines in the entirety of Champagne.
Seats for this tasting and talk are Thb 4,750 net per person and includes a line up of three Champagne cuveés and two Coteaux Champenois. The conversation centers around the Hill of Montgueux, often referred to as the “Montrachet of Champagne” and Emmanuel’s wholly unique approach to his Champenoise method in the cellar.
We plan to welcome you with a glass of Odinstal Riesling Sekt Nature 2019 from the Pfalz and later offer heavy canapés prepared by Thomas Pho with the following labels.
