
On Thursday, March 28th we will be fulfilling all your Champagne wishes and Caviar dreams at Bistrot de La Mer, Sindhorn Kempinski’s premier French seafood restaurant. With the help of Arlaux Champagne and Aki Caviar we will be hosting Pierre-Christian Tramier, owner of the illustrious Champagne house and Parisian-based atelier for an exquisite tasting of five limited labels paired with a selection of caviar laced bites from Aki.

This unique pairing is available for one night only and is limited to 18 guests with bookings available for groups or solo diners looking to take a delightful foray into extravagance. This meet and greet with Pierre-Christian is the perfect apero starting 1830 hrs or even as a segue into a night of Mediterranean delicacies to be had at Bistrot de La Mer.
As well, the team at Bistrot de La Mer have prepared a special menu designed to highlight the best aspects of Aki’s pristinely selected Caviar alongside limited selections of some of Pierre-Christian’s most exciting cuvees of Champagne. The menu can be found here below:
