*Scroll down for English* Wine Garage เชิญชวนนักชิมไวน์ นักดื่มไวน์ ซอมเมอลิเยร์ และผู้เชี่ยวชาญเรื่องไวน์ทุกแขนง ถ้าคุณทำงานเกี่ยวกับไวน์และชอบความท้าทายใหม่ ๆ ให้มาร่วมสนุกกันในกิจกรรมแข่งขันชิมไวน์ (blind tasting) ในวันที่ 3 กรกฎาคมนี้The Paired Cork Dork challenge มีจุดมุ่งหมายที่จะช่วยให้คนทำงานเกี่ยวกับไวน์ได้มาแสดงความสามารถและใช้ทักษะการชิมระดับลึกให้เป็นประโยชน์ เราจึงให้แต่ละทีมจับคู่เข้าแข่งขัน 2 คน โดยคนหนึ่งเป็นผู้เชี่ยวชาญและอีกคนหนึ่งเป็นหน้าใหม่ในวงการไวน์ เพื่อร่วมกันแข่งชิมไวน์ ชิงรางวัล เป็นไวน์ที่หายากและมีคุณค่าทางจิตใจคุณสมบัติของผู้เข้าแข่งขันที่เป็นผู้เชี่ยวชาญนั้น จะต้องมีประสบการณ์ทำงานในด้านไวน์อย่างน้อย 5 ปี ผ่านการสอบ WSET Level 3หรือได้รับการรับรองจาก Court of Master Sommeliers (Certified Sommelier)ส่วนผู้เข้าแข่งขันหน้าใหม่ จะต้องมีประสบการณ์ทำงาน น้อยกว่า 3 ปี และผ่านการสอบ WSET ไม่เกิน Level 2ค่าสมัครเข้าร่วมแข่งขันทีมละ 1,500 บาท สำหรับรอบการแข่งขันContinue reading “The Paired Cork Dork Challenge, Jul 3rd”
