This organic wine from a single vineyard reflects the character of the year and the origin of the site. Hand harvested berries receive a long maceration and gently racking for better tannin structure. Later, partial fermentation in amphorae combines for a textural wine with ample yellow fruits and extremely spicy, mineralic finish.

Recommended with seafood and vegetarian dishes.

Serve at 8-10°C; can drink now and up to 2020; 12.5% ABV
